this boy looks way too young to be driving, yeah? he was definitely driving like he was trying to show off: gunned it at the light, switching lanes... where are the parents? whose car is this?
I wish we could have caught up to him and found out more about what the deal was with this kid that looked like he was about 12. But he was driving way to fast and erratic!
