this commercial demonstrates perfectly what a domino effect does. it only takes one person to stop the domino effect. be a bigger person, don't let someone's crudeness affect you. brush it off. be pleasant to those around you. that way there will be no ceiling chalk to fall into the guy's coffee cup one level below you.
